We are organizing a two-part parent seminar targeting parents’ worries about their children’s emotional well-being during adolescence and future career/study planning, especially with opportunities in the Greater Bay Area.

Part 1: Mr. Rex Wu (胡君孟院長), a parent education expert and registered psychological consultant with over 22 years of counselling experience. He will cover below important topics:
- Distinguishing Sadness from Depression & Supporting Teens Through Depressive States (如何分辨情緒低落與抑鬱症，並協助青少年面對抑鬱情況)
- Understanding Adolescent Emotional Traits & Effective Strategies for Teen Emotion Management（認識青春期的情緒特徵及正確引導青少年進行情緒管理的方法）
Part 2: Mr. Anthony Che (車弘健先生), a community leader and a National Committee Member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He will share on below topics:
- Planning future studies and careers by understanding national development trends and seizing Greater Bay Area opportunities for their children (認識國家發展趨勢，把握大灣區機遇，規劃升學及就業方向)
