Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) recruits parent volunteers every year to support the School and PTA activities held for the academic year. This year we are pleased to have about 104 parents attended the Briefing Session which was held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at G7 of the School.
Timothy Ngan, Chairman of the PTA, welcomed all parent volunteers and thanked for their commitment and assistance to the PTA. He introduced the new Executive Committee (“ExCo”) members for the year 2018/2019 and summarized the activities conducted by the PTA last year. Jenny Wu and Johnny Yeung presented the upcoming Joint-Green Campaign and Community Service respectively, while Mabel Lo and Amy Chui promoted and recruited members to participate in working for the Rooftop Garden of the school.
May Hau and Candy Luk presented a briefing on the 70th School Speech Festival, together with a valuable sharing by Josephine Cheung, Amy Tai and Zoie Wong. There was a tour to visit the Rooftop Garden, followed by the drawing of parent volunteers who would like to participate in the Speech Festival.
The support of Parent Volunteers is vital to the success of the School and PTA activities. We look forward to having another successful year ahead!
