On March 17, 2018, over 90 teachers, parents and students participated as volunteers to visit Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Care and Attention Home for the Aged Blind in Aberdeen. With the donations from parents, teachers and funding from PTA, 360 gift packs were prepared for all the visually impaired seniors residing in the elderly home.

Total expenditure for Community Service: HK$24,143

Donations from parents and teachers: HK$12,250

PTA’s fund:  HK$11,893

The above financial information are extracted from PTA’s unaudited management accounts.

The visit was remarkable and memorable. It was a fun-filled afternoon with laughter and joy filled up the Care and Attention Home. The seniors had participated actively in the games on taste, touch and sound designed by the volunteers and enjoyed the performances of Pipa, Cantonese opera and singing of old songs.

Let us share with our passion and happiness with these photos and looking forward to seeing you again!
