St. Paul’s Convent School Parent Teacher Association (SPCSPTA) is now 10 years old. To celebrate this momentous occasion and milestone, a 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner under the theme of “Bridging the past and future success” was hosted by the SPCSPTA on 17th March 2017 (Friday) at Voting Members Box, Happy Valley Racecourse, Hong Kong with the presence of a total of 106 attendees. It provided an invaluable opportunity for SPCSPTA family members – Parents, students, teachers, guests and alumni to meet and enjoy a fun-filled evening together.
It began with the welcome message of Ms. Lorna Wong (PTA Chair) and School Principal Sister Margaret Wong (PTA Advisor) to officiate the opening ceremony. Our fond memories were refreshed in the video slide show and we found many old and new happy faces of our members contributing their heartfelt effort in support of SPCSPTA volunteer services so long. As a token of appreciation, a souvenir set of Espresso cup and saucer was presented as a gift to all dinner guests at their surprise. The dinner came to a great success with sumptuous food and worth sharing session with the ex chair and vice chair to look back the journey of past challenges and memorable experiences with blessings for greater excellence in the years to come. Coupled with the lucky draw and karaoke activities, all guests enjoyed the together times in such meaningful event ending with a round of applause.
