St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association

for Year 2018/2019


On behalf of The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our members and parent volunteers for their continuous support for the PTA.  2017/2018 was another very fruitful year in enhancing the collaboration between the School and Home, and supporting the School to provide a pleasant environment for our daughters to learn and grow. With the start of the new academic year, I am writing to invite you to renew your membership or  become a PTA member if you have not been one before.

If you are interested, please follow the instructions (Step 1 and 2) as below :


1. Complete the online “PTA application form” at http://www.spcspta.org, then select  “Application” under Main Menu. The system would direct you to the SPCS PTA 2018/19  Membership Application Form. Please fill in the online Application Form and click “Preview & Submit”. Upon checking of the filled information, please click “Submit” to confirm the data  entry of the online application.


2. Please also visit our website at http://www.spcspta.org, then select "PTA Events" under Main Menu. Identify the event "SPCSPTA 2018 - 2019 Membership Renewal and Enrolment (3 - 14 Sept, 2018)" at the second page of the event list. Click the event and download the second attachment "SPCSPTA 2018/2019 Membership Reply slip". Fill in the corresponding information and return to us via the Class Teacher, with a cheque of HK$100 payable to the    “St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association” for the annual PTA membership fee on or before September 14, 2018 (Friday).
