Invitation to become Member of

St. Paul’s Convent School Parent-Teacher Association

for Year 2017/2018

 

On behalf of The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our members and parent volunteers for their continuous support for the PTA.  2016/2017 was another very fruitful year in enhancing the collaboration between the School and Home, and supporting the School to provide a pleasant environment for our daughters to learn and grow. With the start of the new academic year, I am writing to invite you to renew your membership or become a PTA member if you have not been one before.

 

If you are interested, please follow the instructions (Step 1 and 2) as below :

 

1. Complete the online "PTA application form at http://www.spcspta.org, then select "Application" under Main Menu. The system would direct you to the SPCS PTA 2017/18 Membership Application Form. Please fill in the online Application Form and click "Preview & Submit". Upon checking of the filled information, please click "Submit" to confirm the data entry of the online application.

 

2. Please also visit our website at http://www.spcspta.org, then select "PTA Events" under Main Menu. Identify the event "SPCSPTA 2017 - 2018 Membership Renewal and Enrolment (4 - 15 Sept, 2017)" at the second page of the event list. Click the event and download the second attachment "SPCSPTA Membership reply slip", fill the corresponding information and return to us via the Class Teacher, with a cheque of HK$100 payable to the "St. Paul's Convent School Parent-Teacher Association" for the annual PTA membership fee on or before September 15, 2017 (Friday).
