To promote family and child health, the School and PTA had jointly arranged a health talk on Chinese Medicines & Cooking Demonstration on July 9, 2010.
We are very pleased to have invited Mr Edwin Tsui, Executive Chef of Hospital Authority, a Chinese Medicine Practitioner from Eu Yan Sang International Co. Ltd., and the representative from Lisa Magazine to share with us the tips to live well at different ages and how to eat healthy with Chinese medicine. We were also delighted that Mr Edwin Tsui had given us an incredible cooking demonstration using Chinese medicine during the talk.
Close to 50 participants including parent volunteers, students and teachers attended the event and enjoyed the talk as well as the cooking demonstration very much.
We would like to thank Mr Edwin Tsui and the guest speakers for taking their precious time to share with us their professional knowledge, valuable opinions, and practical cooking demonstration to enhance our daily life.

he success of the PTA’s activities relies not only on the support of member participants but also on the contributions of many parent volunteers who help in organizing the events.
To convey the appreciations from the School and the PTA, a ceremony to present the Appreciation Awards to the 2009/10 Parent Volunteers was organized during the Paulinian Show on 12 July, 2010 at the School Hall. 21 out of the 52 parent volunteers for 2009/10 attended the event and received the Awards on the day.
Once again, our sincere appreciation to all the parent volunteers for their contributions to the PTA and we look forward to their continual support.

From 2I - 27 July 2010, the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) will participate again this year in the Hong Kong Book Fair, an annual major event in Hong Kong, to promote the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) publications.
